Role of procedures

Procedures are permanent standards under the Safety and Quality Declaration. Please refer to them to maintain safety and quality with the same standards, regardless of site or partner. The declaration is available in Safety and Quality Declaration 2026 (English).

Tidiness, protection, placement, fire risk, removal. "Borrowed space" principle.

Protection standard (procedure)

Protection targets, level (minor/normal/high-risk), implementation, removal, records.

Ceiling, wall board and access panel removal standard

Supervisor attendance, photo records, prohibited acts, fall prevention.

Floor material (OA floor, etc.) removal and restoration standard

Opening safety, fall prevention, photo records.

High-value materials and high-risk site work management standard

Risk determination, rounds, double protection, tool management, photo records.
