[Notice] Work Management at High-Value Materials and High-Risk Sites

Strictly comply with the following for sites where high-value products, flooring, marble, mirrors, glass, etc. are present.
Applies to all sites.

1. High-Risk Site Reporting

Sites that fall under the following shall be treated as high-risk:

  • Glass floor
  • High-value flooring such as marble, tile
  • Mirror-finished wall surfaces
  • Display items, brand fixtures
  • Work near precision equipment

When applicable, report to the person in charge in advance. The person in charge shall clearly identify the site as high-risk and share with relevant parties.

2. Site Rounds and Confirmation

Before work starts, the person in charge shall walk the entire site.

  • Confirm location of high-value materials
  • Confirm traffic flow
  • Confirm contact and fall risks
  • Confirm base placement
  • Confirm step-ladder use positions

Do not allow work to start without this confirmation. During work, make regular rounds and confirm that there are no hazardous conditions.

3. Protection

  • After laying blue sheet, set plastic sheet in two layers
  • Floor must have protection material laid
  • Double protection for glass and marble in principle
  • Contact-prevention protection for mirrors and fixtures
  • Do not start work with insufficient protection

4. Tool Management

  • Bag management in principle
  • Bring only necessary tools
  • Take drop-prevention measures for small tools
  • No direct placement of tools on surfaces

5. Step-Ladder and Work Posture

  • Confirm stable placement
  • Ensure adequate clearance
  • No sideways stance on ladder
  • No work in forced posture

6. Photo Records

  • Full view before work
  • Existing damage confirmation
  • Full view after work

Records must be kept.

7. Abnormal Situation Response

  • If damage or contact is suspected, stop work immediately
  • Report to person in charge
  • Photo record

Do not continue on your own judgment.
